The end of the mouse, not the end of the world!

May 30th, 2008 by Michael Smyth

Microsoft has announced that the next instalment of the Microsoft OS ‘Windows 7′ will have an entire touch interactive interface.

This means no more Mr mouse for future PC’s, don’t worry though! It is unlikely they will force you to throw out your mouse so soon, as if there wise they will allow both peripherals and the touch interface to co-exist for a transition period.

As well as the mouse, the keyboard will go as well in the near future, what does to mean for the web though?

Will we have to make small links on a website big enough and far enough apart for people to click them easily, Oh it’s not click now, its press!
