10,000th on-line order for everydayprint
October 11th, 2006 by everydayprint
The everydayprint team is celebrating the 10,000th order to be placed using the latest version of its bespoke on-line print portal.
Managing director, Jason Walker, had been keeping track of the number of orders placed for some time and when the total hit the 10,000 mark, he was naturally delighted to have reached such a notable landmark. He explains: “In the 10 months since we updated our on-line print facility, we have seen a definite increase in the number of users and also in how frequently they use our service.
“It has been great to see so many customers come back and use us for both run-ons and fresh material alike and it was one of our regular customers who made that all important order. In fact, when I realised who it was, I was straight on the phone to thank him for his custom and to promise him a bottle of champagne.”
The everydayprint on-line service offers a series of templates for customers to use when designing their own artwork for everything from business cards and flyers to newsletters and brochures. Alternatively, they can visit the company’s website and upload their own pre-prepared artwork before receiving the finished product within 24 hours.
Placing the 10,000th order was Richard Robinson, sales and marketing director of Alexander Windows in Stockport. He comments: “We use everydayprint for much of our marketing collateral, simply because the service we get is 100% reliable 100% of the time.
“In our own line of business, we pride ourselves in giving excellent levels of customer satisfaction so I know how important repeat business will be to Jason’s team.
“We have ordered everything from corporate stationery to direct mail-shots from everydayprint and when Jason called saying that we had placed the 10,000th on-line order since the new on-line software was introduced we were delighted to hear of his success.”
Never complacent, the everydayprint team is currently developing version three of its on-line print mechanism. Jason concludes: “We are always looking at ways of improving on the service we give our customers and while it isn’t yet ready to launch, I’m confident that the new progression will be welcomed by our customers.
“Fingers crossed we will see a continuation of the success we have achieved to date with our on-line offering and who knows, maybe Richard will be placing the 25,000th order in another year’s time?”
