I’m quite new to the idea of working alongside a web-based print and design facility, it isn’t really my bag to do just telephone sales. I know my voice is not great over the phone. I’d never make a voice-over professional, so why expect someone like me to excel in telesales.

The simplest possible way to get someone to keep your business card is to have it printed at the same size as a credit card - 85mm x 55mm. Everyone who has a wallet will have a safe place to keep your card.
Fancy materials and different shapes and sizes are no substitute for making your card fit in someone’s wallet.
Fonts can sometimes be a big problem when trying to embed them into a pdf. You’ve designed your printed piece and it looks fantastic on screen. However, that quirky free font you downloaded from that website the other week just won’t play ball when you generate the pdf.
